Welcome to Soulful Journey. By booking a session, sending payment, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services & Disclaimers

• Spiritual & Entertainment Purpose: All tarot readings, intuitive sessions, and energy guidance provided by Soulful Journey are intended strictly for self-reflection, personal insight, and spiritual guidance.
• No Guarantees: Predictions, intuitive insights, and outcomes are not 100% guaranteed. Future events and human decisions are always subject to personal free will and external factors.
• Not Professional Advice: Readings do not substitute for certified legal, financial, investment, medical, or psychiatric advice. Always consult a licensed professional for legal, financial, or healthcare decisions.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Once payment is made, it is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Voluntary Withdrawal: If you decide not to take the service, change your mind, cancel your appointment, or choose not to complete the call after transferring funds, no full or partial refunds will be issued.
• Chargeback Prevention: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment processor for a completed or booked slot will be treated as a breach of contract and pursued legally if necessary.

3. Appointments, Tardiness, and No-Shows

• Live Phone Call Delivery: All readings are conducted exclusively via live 1-on-1 direct phone call or WhatsApp audio call. Video calls and pre-recorded voice notes are strictly not provided.
• Punctuality: Clients must be ready and reachable at the exact scheduled appointment time.
• Forfeiture Clause: If you fail to answer or join the call within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, the session will be marked as a No-Show. The slot will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot.
• Rescheduling is subject to reader availability and is granted at our sole discretion. Same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled.

5. Conduct & Age Limit

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session.
• Respectful Communication: Abusive language, harassment, or disrespectful behavior during a call will result in immediate termination of the call without a refund.
